🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ Cape Ann Team Takes on the Tuzla 5K Night Run!

Last weekend, a group of our colleagues laced up their running shoes and joined hundreds of participants at the Tuzla 5K Night Run, proving once again that teamwork extends well beyond the office.
Whether they were chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the atmosphere, everyone crossed the finish line with smiles, determination, and plenty of team spirit. Events like these are a great reminder that staying active, supporting one another, and sharing experiences outside of work help strengthen the connections we build every day.
A huge congratulations to everyone who participated and proudly represented Cape Ann! Thank you for bringing your energy, enthusiasm, and community spirit to the event.

🌿 A Day to Unwind at Sijedi Krs - Gracanica

On June 26, our team traded keyboards for fresh air and spent the day together at Sijedi Krs for our Company BBQ.

The day was filled with great food, laughter, outdoor games, walks through nature, and plenty of opportunities to catch up with colleagues outside the usual work environment. It was wonderful to see teammates from different offices and teams connecting, sharing stories, and simply enjoying each other's company.
Events like these remind us that while we work hard every day, taking time to relax, recharge, and strengthen our relationships is just as important. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day enjoyable, and to everyone who contributed to organizing the event.

Here's to more shared memories, stronger connections, and many more great moments together!

🍕💡 Good conversations, great food, and a look into the future!

Today, we gathered for a light team lunch followed by an insightful presentation from Nedim Pašalić on Networks and Security, with a special focus on our company's future plans and the development of our office infrastructure.

The session provided an overview of how network and security considerations support our long-term growth, as well as the opportunities and challenges that come with expanding and evolving our workplace environments.
Beyond the technical insights, it was a great opportunity for colleagues to connect, ask questions, and learn more about the vision behind the future of our offices and operations.

A big thank you to Nedim for his presentation, Selma Antić for your great effort in setting up our soon-to-be new office, and to everyone who joined us for another get-together!

✨ Last Week’s Visit Recap

Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming Mirza Cifrić and Adnan Mešalić to the office.

The visit was a great opportunity to reconnect in person, exchange updates on ongoing work, and align on key priorities moving forward. It also created space for open conversations with the team, where colleagues had a chance to share insights, ask questions, and discuss ideas in a more informal setting.
We wrapped up the visit with a relaxed team lunch, which was a great way to continue the conversations, strengthen connections, and simply enjoy some time together outside of our usual routines.

💙 Mental Health in the Workplace 🧠

Ahead of mental health awareness week, we hosted a company-wide session on Mental Health in the Workplace, focused on supporting wellbeing in the IT industry.
The session aimed to create a space for open and honest conversations around topics that matter—recognizing our own emotions and patterns of behaviour, and navigating the challenges of a fast-paced work environment. It was great to see employees engaging, sharing perspectives, and reflecting on practical ways to support their mental wellbeing.
What stood out most was the importance of keeping these conversations ongoing. Mental health isn’t a one-time topic—it’s something we need to continuously support as a team and as an organization.

A special thanks to Grahic, our presenter of the day, who was willing to share her expertise, and in many ways learn from us as well as we all try to navigate ever changing life challenges.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined and contributed, and we look forward to building on this with more initiatives that prioritize wellbeing across our teams. 🫶

Supporting initiatives that empower young women to explore and grow in tech is something we truly believe in—and this event was a great reminder of the talent, creativity, and innovation within our community.
