From the Neretva Rapids to Tito’s Bunker – A Weekend to Remember!
This weekend, our Cape Ann team traded keyboards and meetings for a little adventure in Konjic. 🚣‍♀️

We took on the beautiful Neretva River, with plenty of paddling, splashing, teamwork, and laughs along the way. It was a great reminder that some of the best team building happens outside the office—especially when everyone has to paddle in the same direction! 😊
Our trip also included a visit to Tito’s Bunker (ARK D-0), giving us the opportunity to step into a fascinating piece of history hidden beneath Konjic.
Between rafting, exploring, good food, and simply spending time together, the trip gave colleagues from different teams and offices a chance to connect beyond their everyday work.
A big thank you to everyone who joined and helped make these two days memorable. 💙

Until the next adventure!

Last weekend, a group of our colleagues laced up their running shoes and joined hundreds of participants at the Tuzla 5K Night Run, proving once again that teamwork extends well beyond the office.
Whether they were chasing a personal best or simply enjoying the atmosphere, everyone crossed the finish line with smiles, determination, and plenty of team spirit. Events like these are a great reminder that staying active, supporting one another, and sharing experiences outside of work help strengthen the connections we build every day.
A huge congratulations to everyone who participated and proudly represented Cape Ann! Thank you for bringing your energy, enthusiasm, and community spirit to the event.

We look forward to seeing even more teammates join us at the next challenge! 💙🏅

🌿 A Day to Unwind at Sijedi Krs - Gracanica

On June 26, our team traded keyboards for fresh air and spent the day together at Sijedi Krs for our Company BBQ.

The day was filled with great food, laughter, outdoor games, walks through nature, and plenty of opportunities to catch up with colleagues outside the usual work environment. It was wonderful to see teammates from different offices and teams connecting, sharing stories, and simply enjoying each other's company.
Events like these remind us that while we work hard every day, taking time to relax, recharge, and strengthen our relationships is just as important. A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day enjoyable, and to everyone who contributed to organizing the event.

🍕💡 Good conversations, great food, and a look into the future!

Today, we gathered for a light team lunch followed by an insightful presentation from Nedim Pašalić on Networks and Security, with a special focus on our company's future plans and the development of our office infrastructure.

The session provided an overview of how network and security considerations support our long-term growth, as well as the opportunities and challenges that come with expanding and evolving our workplace environments.
Beyond the technical insights, it was a great opportunity for colleagues to connect, ask questions, and learn more about the vision behind the future of our offices and operations.

A big thank you to Nedim for his presentation, Selma Antić for your great effort in setting up our soon-to-be new office, and to everyone who joined us for another get-together!
Special shout-out to our amazing local baker, Pekara Kabil, and their delicacies!
