One month. Meaningful actions.

September gave us space to care for our health, spend time together and contribute to our community.

From hiking and B2B Run to a spinning class and blood donation, we shared experiences that reached beyond our daily work.

We’re still taking in the impressions from the B2B Run on September 24.

And while the rankings gave us plenty to celebrate, here’s something else worth remembering:
▪️ A 5K is an achievement in itself.
▪️ Across millions of recorded race results, around 35 minutes is considered an average 5K finish time among recreational runners.
▪️ Finish under 30 minutes? You’re already faster than roughly 70% of 5K race participants.

But the number on the clock isn’t really the point. Whether you ran your fastest 5K, slowed down halfway through, crossed the finish line with your colleagues, or simply showed up and gave it a go, that counts.

Sometimes we’re so focused on being faster, stronger or better that we forget to notice how far we’ve already come.

So, one more reminder from B2B Run:
Trust us, you’re probably doing better than you think.

Some things matter more than a full calendar. 🩸

One blood donation can help save up to three lives, which is a pretty good reason to roll up your sleeve.

This week, some of our colleagues took the time to donate blood and contribute to something that can make a very real difference for someone else.

Last weekend, our colleagues took to the trails of Mount Bitovnja and hiked to Koznik (1,244 m).

There was time to enjoy the views, catch up along the way and share an experience outside the office. Every step felt easier with good company.

The hike was another part of Galeyo Health Month, giving us space to move, recharge and spend time together.

In one of our latest workshops, “Trust Your AI: Evaluation & Tracing with LangSmith”, Amer Pašanbegović explored how teams can look beyond a good answer to understand the system behind it.

Trace where things go wrong. Test changes across different scenarios. Check whether answers are supported by the data.

Sharing this knowledge helps us build AI products we can understand, improve and maintain with confidence.
