Another important step forward for the NFFIS BiH project today.

Our team at qla.dev had the pleasure of hosting and participating in a technical working meeting with representatives of the Civil Protection Administration of Republika Srpska, together with JICA representatives and other project stakeholders involved in the implementation of the National Forest Fire Information System (NFFIS BiH).

During the session, we demonstrated the latest system progress, reviewed ongoing development activities, and discussed operational use cases of the platform in real-world wildfire monitoring and emergency response scenarios.

Special focus was placed on institutional coordination, data availability, GIS analysis workflows, and future implementation phases that will contribute to strengthening Bosnia and Herzegovina’s overall wildfire preparedness capacities.

Meetings like these are extremely valuable for aligning technical and operational expectations between all involved parties, and we are grateful for the open and constructive collaboration throughout the process.

qla.dev had the honour of attending a working meeting of the technical group with representatives of the civil protection authorities of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Republika Srpska, representatives of JICA, and representatives of the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The meeting was focused on the future operational use of the National Forest Fire Information System, including how the system will support prevention, monitoring, reporting, coordination, and decision-making in the area of forest fire risk management.

Together with the working group, we reviewed the current progress of the project, discussed practical use cases, and gathered valuable feedback from the institutions that will be among the key users of the system.

For qla.dev, this project represents much more than software development. It is an opportunity to contribute to a national-level digital infrastructure that can improve preparedness, strengthen institutional coordination, and support faster and better-informed responses to forest fire risks in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

We are grateful for the constructive discussion, the trust of our partners, and the continued cooperation with JICA, the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and all participating institutions.

qla.dev i Trendy d.o.o s ponosom najavljuju zvanično puštanje u upotrebu softverskog rješenja eNalog.app.

Implementacijom prvih modula za upravljanje radnim nalozima, artiklima, materijalima, operacijama, te čitavim skladištem, uz dodatnu funkcionalnost povezivanja i kontrole putem skeniranja QR i bar kodova na tablet uređajima, postavljen je temelj za efikasniju, bržu i precizniju operativnu kontrolu poslovnih procesa unutar Trendy d.o.o.

eNalog.app omogućava vertikalnu integraciju sa Pantheon sistemom, čime predstavlja prvo rješenje ove vrste u Bosni i Hercegovini za upravljanje nalozima direktno nad Pantheon bazom podataka. Ovakav pristup donosi značajno unapređenje u transparentnosti, tačnosti i dostupnosti podataka u realnom vremenu.

Posebnu zahvalnost upućujemo timu Datalab BH na izuzetnoj saradnji i profesionalnoj podršci tokom realizacije projekta.

Ovo je tek prvi korak u daljem razvoju platforme, sa jasnim ciljem unapređenja digitalnih operacija i standarda upravljanja poslovnim procesima, te već najavljujemo dva nova modula.

🇯🇵🇧🇦 In cooperation with Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the first NFFIS Working Group meeting was held at the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, focusing on methodological alignment for system development.

The session centered on harmonizing analytical frameworks, data processing standards, and risk assessment methodology for the National Forest Fire Information System (NFFIS).

Together with the Japanese Expert Team (Mr. Morikawa and Mr. Sembo), BiH Project Leader Mr. Samir Agić, Project Managers Mr. Dragiša Tešanović and Mr. Edin Musanović, coordinated by Ms. Samira Story and Nedim Kulašin representing qla.dev, we defined the foundational approach for:

• Data integration architecture
• Meteorological and geospatial modeling standards
• Risk index harmonization
• Future AI-driven predictive modules

Establishing a unified methodology at this stage ensures interoperability, scalability, and long-term sustainability of the system.

Through our partnership on the National Forest Fire Information System (NFFIS), we are bringing together global experience and advanced solutions to strengthen forest fire prevention and response across Bosnia and Herzegovina.

NFFIS will unify environmental, meteorological, and geospatial data into one intelligent, centralized platform. By merging and visualizing data from multiple sources, the system will deliver real-time risk assessments, predictive analytics, and early warnings. All of those will be accessible not only to institutions, but to every citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Through a dedicated mobile and web application, citizens will be able to monitor fire risk levels in their area and directly report potential forest fires to authorities. By combining advanced technology with active community participation, NFFIS enables faster response, better coordination, and stronger protection of our forests, communities, and future.

We are proud to announce that we are entering a long-term partnership with great Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), marking one of the most important milestones in our company’s journey.

As part of this cooperation, we will be developing the NFFIS - National Forest Fire Information System. It will be a critical platform designed to strengthen prevention, monitoring, and response to forest fires through advanced technology and data-driven insights.
