🎉 Happy 5th Work Anniversary, Maja!

💬 Proudest moment:
“The most rewarding part of my journey has been seeing how much I’ve grown in certain areas and how I’ve developed my skills over time. At the same time, it’s been really fulfilling to see people whose hiring I was involved in grow, thrive, and succeed in their roles.”
👥 About the team:
“I would describe the AgentLocator team as a group of people who are truly focused on success. Everyone is committed to contributing to the company’s growth, and it’s a team of hardworking, smart, and ambitious individuals. They’re the kind of people you can learn a lot from just by watching how they work and approach their responsibilities.
What I personally appreciate the most is how supportive everyone is. People are always willing to help and go out of their way to support each other. No one is protective of their knowledge, on the contrary, they are always happy to share it and support those who are just starting out or still learning. From my very first day until now, there have been many situations where I didn’t even have to ask for help, people would offer it on their own. And that really applies across the entire company, from colleagues to senior leadership.”
🚀 Looking ahead:
“By my next work anniversary, I hope to continue developing new skills and learning new things. I also hope the company will keep pushing me out of my comfort zone, as that’s where I feel I grow the most.”
