This weekend hit different. 🙌

Huge congrats to everyone behind the Adria Hackathon, organized by Adria Tech Arena and driven start to finish by the relentless energy of Eman Čičkušić. Pulling something like this together takes vision, grit, and a whole lot of late nights - and it showed.

Our role was simple: show up for the builders.

Bloomteq engineers jumped in as mentors, and our Chief Solution Architect, Nedim Muhamedagić, sat on the jury helping pick the winners.

But the real appreciation goes to the talent in the room. To celebrate the hackathon winners and participants, we’re bringing them to Kiss the Future AI Summit, Oct 15–16 in Sarajevo, to connect with some of the biggest names in global tech and keep building on what they started this weekend.

Investing in the next generation of Sarajevo and Bosnia & Herzegovina’s tech scene - more of this, always.

Back to school for so many this week - but not for our interns. While other youngsters are just starting their new semester, our interns were wrapping up 4 months of hands-on learning, building, and growing with us.

This week, they closed out Bloomteq’s internship program the best way possible: with live demo presentations of the AI solutions they built as teams, mentored by our tech leads every step of the way.

From concept to working prototype, they tackled real problems using advanced AI technologies, and the results showed just how far they’ve come.

And the best news? Three of our interns are staying on with Bloomteq, securing their professional development for their outstanding collaboration, dedication, and out-of-the-box thinking throughout the program.

Huge congratulations to all our interns, and a big thank you to our tech leads for their mentorship.

Two decades spent building tech organizations from the ground up, and Agur Jõgi still insists the real work begins after the slides are put away.
We're thrilled to bring him to Sarajevo this October for the Engineering Stage at Kiss the Future AI Summit.

Fresh off his role as CTO of Pipedrive, where he steered close to 300 engineers building a CRM platform trusted by over 100,000 teams worldwide, Agur has built his career around one deceptively hard question: what does it actually take to become an AI-native company? Not the version that looks good in a demo, the one where AI genuinely reshapes how you build and what "good" even means.

He writes and speaks widely on engineering leadership, organizational design, and making AI work in the real world, not just on stage.

Estonian roots, global outlook, Agur spends his time asking hard questions and sometimes finding answers worth sharing. Sarajevo is about to get a few of those.

Welcome to Sarajevo, Agur - we can't wait to host you.

Speaker Spotlight: Shayan Aziz, KTF’s Engineering Stage

Xplor Technologies has been one of Bloomteq's long-standing clients and partners - years of working side by side, through builds, launches, and everything in between. So bringing them to the Engineering Stage at Kiss the Future feels less like an announcement and more like sharing something personal. We're so excited to finally introduce our audience to a partner we've known and trusted for years.

Meet Shayan Aziz, who leads Product and Engineering for the Fitness vertical at Xplor Technologies, a global platform delivering SaaS and embedded payments solutions for small businesses. Shayan sets product strategy across Xplor's fitness portfolio, driving consistent year-over-year growth by pairing verticalized software with AI-powered tools and payments technology purpose-built for fitness and wellness businesses.

With over a decade at Xplor across product leadership roles, Shayan speaks widely on how AI and automation are reshaping customer experience, retention, and operations in the fitness industry.

Beyond product strategy, he's led the charge on scaling AI adoption across an R&D organization of 500 developers, with a sharp focus on turning experimentation into measurable ROI, rather than letting it stall out as scattered pilots.

At KTF, Shayan brings a practitioner's lens on enterprise AI: not just the strategy, but the how, what it actually takes to ship AI capability inside a large, multi-product organization, and how to know it's working once you have.
See you on the Engineering Stage, Shayan! So happy to have you with us on this journey.

AI adoption doesn't have to outrun the humans it's meant to serve, and few people make that case with more authority than our Kiss the Future speaker.

Sarajevo, meet Agnes Bade, Vice President, Group Head AI & Digital Law at The Adecco Group, based in Zurich, where she leads the Group's AI & Digital Law function and helps shape the city's growing AI community.

A German-qualified lawyer with deep expertise in technology and AI law, Agnes advocates for responsible innovation that puts people at the centre, a perspective that carries extra weight at a company like Adecco, whose entire business is built on human potential and the future of work. She's a champion of AI for Good, pushing for adoption at a human pace, so technology empowers people rather than outpaces them.

Her academic foundation runs deep: a postgraduate Master in Technology, Media and Telecoms Law from Queen Mary University London, and an executive Master in AI Law from the University of Liège, both feeding directly into how she helps organizations navigate AI safely, legally, and responsibly.

You'll get a double dose of her expertise in Sarajevo - Agnes takes the stage on both the Finance, Legal & Compliance Stage and the Main Stage.

Don't be the one who missed this. Tickets on Entrio: https://www.entrio.ba/event/ai-summit-kiss-the-future-2026-30864
