Džejla Šuman first came to ZIRA as a student.

She was looking for a chance to keep learning beyond the classroom. What followed was ZIRA scholarship, three summers of practical experience with ZTA, and eventually a place on the team.

Today, she’s a Software Engineer I, four years into her career here.
