Work-life balance isn’t just a buzzword. It’s essential for your overall happiness and success. Check out our tips on how to reach this state of equilibrium:
1. Accept that there’s no ‘perfect’ work-life balance.
Don’t strive for the perfect schedule; strive for a realistic one.
2. Prioritize your health.
Remember that taking care of yourself is just as important as getting your job done.
3. Take a vacation.
As simple as that. Even a one-day staycation can recharge your batteries.
4. Set boundaries and work hours.
Avoid thinking about work when you are not at work. Consider having a separate computer or phone for work, so you can shut it off when you clock out. If that isn’t possible, use separate browsers, emails or filters for your work and personal platforms.
5. Make time for yourself and your loved ones.
Your job is important, but it shouldn’t be your entire life. Take up some activities or hobbies that make you happy. Spend time with people who make you happy.

It is easy to understand by picturing 3 circles.

1. Artificial Intelligence is the first and the biggest circle.

2. Inside the first circle, there is another one - machine learning. It means that machine learning is a type of AI. It is a way for computers to learn from their own experience and make decisions by analyzing large amounts of data from their surroundings.

3. Inside the second circle, there is the third one - deep learning. It is a type of machine learning.
