Some trips leave you with great photos. Others leave you with new ideas! 💡
Last week, part of our team had the opportunity to attend the WeAreDevelopers World Congress in Berlin, one of the world's leading events for software developers, AI experts, and technology leaders.
This year's program focused on the technologies shaping today's software industry: practical AI implementation in software development, AI-assisted coding, agentic AI, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, etc. What stood out the most was hearing experienced engineers openly share not only what worked in real-world projects, but also what didn't. Those honest lessons are often the most valuable.
The biggest challenge? Choosing which session to attend.
While one stage featured industry leaders discussing the future of AI, another explored large-scale system security, DevOps best practices, cloud-native architectures, and engineering challenges behind products used by millions of people every day. No matter how carefully you planned your schedule, it was impossible to experience everything.
We arrived in Berlin a few days early to experience the city itself, its architecture, culture, history, and vibrant atmosphere. We walked more than 40k steps a day, yet still felt like we had only scratched the surface of everything Berlin has to offer.
Looking back, this wasn't just a business trip.
It was an incredible team-building experience, an opportunity to learn together, exchange ideas, meet professionals from all over the world, and return home with fresh inspiration for the work we do every day.
We truly believe that delivering high-quality solutions starts with continuously investing in our people. Staying close to emerging technologies, learning from the industry's best, and bringing that knowledge back to our projects is an essential part of who we are.
We're still processing everything we've learned, but one thing is certain - This won't be our last experience of this kind.
See you at the next tech event. 🚀
