Position - Sales Engineer of Industrial Department.
General Requirements:
• High Technical Education (BS, MS Degree)
• 8-10 years of experience in construction and civil construction
• Work experience or familiarity with QA/QC requirements
• Work experience and familiarity with ASME, APİ, ASTM, ACI, ASHTO,BS EN, SniP and requirements of other international norms and standards
• Experience in Project Development and Team Management
• Excellent understanding of local Construction Market and main players (experience and talent to learn about market in the short period of time)
• Excellent networking and selling skills
• Experience in Negotiations, Bids, Technical Proposals, A-Z Selling process of Industrial Construction Services
• Understanding and experience in the finance and cost control questions.
• Knowledge and experience in reporting and reporting development.
• Experience and People Management skills
• Flexibility and Mobility to travel
• Good Level of Business English to communicate and conduct meetings with Foreign Clients
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office + MS Project or other project/CRM programs will be an advantage
