Time management is the ability to use your time productively and efficiently. You could think of it as the art of having time to do everything that you need, without feeling stressed about it. It sounds simple, but it is much harder in practice.

So, we would like to explain some of the principles behind good time management:

- Organization. Staying organized can help you maintain a clear picture of what you need to complete and when. Being well-organized might mean maintaining an up-to-date calendar, being able to locate certain documents easily, having a tidy environment and taking detailed, diligent notes.

- Prioritization. You might decide to complete fast, simple items followed by longer, more involved ones. Alternatively, you might prioritize your tasks starting with the most time-sensitive, or a combination of both.

- Goal-setting. Setting goals is the first step to becoming a good time manager. Goal-setting allows you to clearly understand your end goal and what exactly you need to prioritize to accomplish it. Setting both short and long-term goals can lead to success in your career.

- Delegation. While this skill is most often done by managers, you can also practice delegating tasks if you are managing a project. While it can often be difficult to say “no” when someone asks you to do something at work, it is important to practice having boundaries to manage your time well and ultimately accomplish your goals.

- Stress management. Handling stress in a positive way can help you stay motivated and perform well when going through your schedule. You might do this by including small breaks throughout your day, or by rewarding yourself in small ways as you accomplish tasks.

Taking time to develop each of these skills will help you organize your daily work!

Sorting through the CVs, we decided to highlight the key points of how our HR chooses potential candidates.

Check the list:
- Indicate the position in the subject line. It is essential to understand what position you are applying for.
- Avoid common phrases like “perfect troubleshooting skills”. We find them in 4 of 5 CVs.
- Attach a portfolio with examples of your work including the task descriptions.
- If you are applying for a developer position, attach links to Git or applications on Play Market or App Store.
- Describe your stunning skills and cool projects that you were once involved in.
- Certificates, awards, grants and in general, everything that might be relevant for us.

Following our previous front-end internship post, we would like to tell you Kamil's story about his front-end developer path.

“I am a 23 years old front-end developer. I started learning programming in college, But as many of you might have experienced, college doesn’t teach you what you’ll need for a job.

So I attended web development courses in the 2nd year, that was the first time I learned HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Less than a year later I found a part-time job at CRBN Tech as a front-end developer. It was not so easy to combine college education, work projects, and self-development, but I set a goal to become a front-end developer.

Front-end development evolves so quickly that their skills seem extremely outdated even a year or two later. So you should be curious about learning and be flexible to use new technologies. It does not require spending all free time browsing google and resources, but you should be able to filter lots of information and select the most useful things and practice more.”

Reseptron is a remote medical consultant that provides fast and convenient way to communicate with doctor and get medical advice. With this aim, two platforms were created - the first is android & iOS mobile application especially created for patients, and the second is web application for medical specialists. Using mobile platform, patients can send photos of prescription and analyses to experienced specialist in the medicine field, the doctors and pharmacists, in their turn, can stay in touch with patients via web application.
