Суд обязал крупнейший российский ИТ Холдинг Softline принести извинения за клевету в адрес бывшего директора.



Бывший директор компании Softline в Азербайджане выиграл суд по делу о клевете против крупнейшего Российского ИТ холдинга Softline. В апреле 2022 года со стороны регионального руководства ИТ Холдинга Softline на официальном вебсайте была опубликована ложная информация и произведена рассылка с информацией, не соответствующей действительности с целью опорочить его деловую репутацию. Вследствие судебного разбирательства, суд обязал Softline в лице вице президента Влалимира Разуваева принести публичные извинения от имени холдинга за клевету.

There has been a leakage of the corporate correspondence of the top management of Softline Group Plc based in Moscow, Russia (www.softlinegroup.com) , in which high-ranking officials initiate fraudulent schemes with courts of Azerbaijan to avoid payment to creditors and discuss the hiring of a fictitious (figurehead) director, who is planned to be made a “scapegoat” after the declaration of bankruptcy of representative offices in Azerbaijan.
Softline Holding Plc, headquartered in London and the actual head office in Moscow, went public on Moscow and London stock exchanges in 2021.
Based on the received correspondence, we can conclude that in close future Softline Group plans to declare both offices in Azerbaijan bankrupt due to insolvency.
The Azerbaijani office of Softline Group has already sent notification to all suppliers and customers with a recommendation to apply for payment of debts and delivery of goods in order to avoid significant financial losses.

Additional facts of negotiated deals of Softline Group with other competitors have come out, about what Azerbaijani office of Softline Group informed Microsoft Ireland, as a result Microsoft status of the representative offices has become at risk of deprivation.
