The Woodend Community Farmers Market is hosted by the Macedon Ranges Sustainability Group (see www.mrsg.org.au and www.facebook.com/mrsgonline) on the 1st Saturday of every month from 9am - 1pm. This market is accredited with the Victorian Farmers' Markets Association, the peak body for farmers' markets in the state. Look for the tick of authenticity when shopping at farmers' markets. www.vfma.org

Find us on the corner of High and Forest Streets, Woodend. The Woodend Community Farmers' Market includes fresh local produce - fruit & vegetables, honey, eggs, organic breads, preserves, herbs & potted plants, teas, yummy foods, meats, live music, Home Produce Exchange & is proudly plastic bag free! The aim of this page is to provide a resource to support farmers and producers with a safe place to sell their product and for consumers who are interested in buying directly from the farmer. Any name calling, trolling and cyber bullying will not be tolerated. Whilst intelligent discussion is encouraged, which in turn will obviously lead to people disagreeing on certain topics, any posts where parties disagree must be expressed in a positive and constructive manner. An agree to disagree approach should be taken and not become personal. There will be no business shaming posts. It is hard enough to be in small business without negativity and reputation destroying social media posts being spread by the community. 🌦️ RAIN? A LITTLE. REASON TO STAY HOME? ABSOLUTELY NOT.

Tomorrow’s forecast is looking a little… moody. There might be some light rain, but we’re talking 12–18°C, not the apocalypse. 😉

And here’s the thing: 89 local stallholders are getting up early, loading vans, packing produce, baking, cooking, making and bringing their best to Woodend — and they’re relying on you to make it all worthwhile.

So grab a jacket, bring an umbrella, pull on your boots and come say hello. ☔️🧥

There’ll be plenty of good food, fresh local produce, great people, live music, face painting for the kids and an undercover seating area to keep everyone comfortable.

MARKET MAP FOR TOMORROW!

Our handy market map makes it easy to find your favourite growers, producers and food makers — and maybe discover a few new ones along the way. 👀

There’s plenty happening including 🎶 Live music, face painting from 10am for the little ones, and an undercover seating area where you can grab some goodies and settle in for a cuppa, bite to eat and a bit of a catch-up.

And don’t forget, the Lions Club Market is right next door, so you can make a morning of it and wander through both markets. 🙌
