During our first lockdown, POSCOM worked with Chris and Ralph of Chicko's to transform their ordering and dispensing process into a Covid save environment for staff and customers.

Our installation of SwiftPOS Self Order Kiosk at Chicko’s two shops in Wollongong. All design, build and implementation by POSCOM.

This project was a lot of work and we had some real challenges to do automation like this at such a busy venue with so many meal modifications allowed.

Chickos let you design any burger ingredient and sauce combination you want. I like the Lebanese Burger + Red Onion + Chilli and Garlic Aioli. 😋 The Kiosk make this simple and fast and allow pressure to be taken off the POS and focused on food prep and service.
