It's a sad day as Brigid leaves CT after 6 AMAZING yrs. She's always been a little ray of sunshine ☀️ when arriving in the office at 9.05am😜!! Our annual work trips away to Fiji, Port Douglas, Byron have been epic! 🌴 😎 There have been a lot of blood, sweat and tears but she has helped us sail through some choppy waters over the years and leaves us on a high after helping the team with back to back record sales over the past 2 months. 👌 Thanks Brig. 😍

The Central Telecoms AI Call Analytics software, built in-house, is now live for beta testing. Monday was the first day with live customers using the software, and it is already delivering significant benefits and insights into their calls that they never had before. Customers will receive real-time alerts for calls deemed negative, with summaries, reasons, suggested actions, transcriptions, and a recording of the call.
This type of software is not new to large businesses or call centres, but we can now easily and affordably offer it to small businesses, giving them the tools to compete that they've never had before. It's a game changer!
