eResources is on the hunt for a motivated Level 1 or Level 2 IT Technician to join our growing team in Warrnambool.
If troubleshooting gets you excited and learning new tech is your thing, you’ll feel right at home.

What you’ll be doing:
Supporting clients across Microsoft 365, networks, endpoints, and cloud services
Troubleshooting issues remotely and on-site
Working with modern tools in a real-world MSP environment
Learning from senior techs and growing your skills every day

What we’re looking for:
A passion for IT and problem-solving
Level 1 or Level 2 experience (MSP experience a bonus, not a must)
Great communication and customer service skills
A team player who wants to grow their skills and confidence

eResources Business Systems announce that we have partnered with Trimate AI in developing an assistant for our Priority Customers, which is ready to Beta test.
Initially, Trimate will handle very basic tasks such as call routing, booking of appointments and answering basic FAQs, but we need your help.
If you are interested in using this technology for your business, we invite you to give it a try.
