When your iPhone battery gets a bit full ( 📱 ) 😬

This is one reason why Apple recommend looking at battery replacements around 80% health, as your battery approaches and declines past 80%, there is more risk of your battery swelling as ages, which can result in more costly repairs if your screen also gets damaged. Luckily for this 13 Pro Max, even though quite bowed under pressure from swelling battery, the Original OLED screen was still literally hanging in there and still working fine, needing only battery replacement to restore battery health back to 100%, and screen refitted flush to phone frame. Charge port was also cleaned while in, so plug now goes in fully, no longer temperamental and picky with charge cables, something we check and clean for no extra with all iPhone repairs ✅ 📱 🔋 👌

A 2013 MacBook Air in with no display, customer needing for their business with no backup . While initially looking like a backlight/ screen issue, the unit had been liquid damaged at some point, causing damage to mainboard. We were however able to backup all data from unit same day, and transfer to a new MacBook Neo 💻 , customer will experience a dramatic upgrade in image quality and performance 👌.

Battery issues, this was a certified refurbished phone that came in with a lifting screen, battery was failing and swelling, not holding charge, pushing aftermarket screen out of phone. Issue with refurbished phones, is there’s no set standard, not refurbished by Apple 🍏. Most refurbished for cheapest price , with cheapest parts, to make biggest margins $$$. Cheapest price on a refurbished phone, could cost more in the long run.
