At Adaptive RF Solutions, we’re known for delivering high-quality antenna installations, precision cabling, and optimising RF performance—but sometimes the job calls for stepping outside the usual scope.

Recently, our team took on a project at the base of a telecommunications tower that focused on building the supporting infrastructure behind the scenes.

This included installing cable tray systems and poles, running the tray across to a new telecommunications hut, and installing 35mm² earthing to ensure proper grounding and system safety—laying the groundwork that keeps critical networks running smoothly.

It’s a great reminder that strong RF performance doesn’t just happen at the top of the tower. It starts from the ground up with solid, reliable infrastructure.

Another successful deployment!

Delivered for City of Wagga Wagga this install supports a newly upgraded oval with reliable connectivity.

We installed a heavy-duty galvanised light pole mount with a Ubiquiti Inc Rocket Prism 5AC and high-gain dish, along with surge protection, an IP-rated enclosure, media converter, and fibre integration.

The site now supports CCTV, access control, and public WiFi.

Today marked a first for the team at

While working on an NBN Australia Fixed Wireless site, we deployed a smart antenna alignment tool for the first time during the alignment of a LENS antenna.

Unlike traditional sector antennas, Matsing antennas use a spherical lens design to shape and distribute RF energy.

Radio signals from the internal feed antennas pass through the RF lens inside the sphere, which focuses and refracts the signal into multiple highly controlled beams. This design allows a single antenna structure to create several sectors with very consistent beam patterns, improved isolation between sectors, and excellent coverage uniformity.

Because the RF lens precisely controls how energy is projected across the coverage area, mechanical alignment becomes extremely critical.
Small adjustments to azimuth, tilt, or orientation can have a noticeable effect on sector performance.

Using a smart alignment tool allowed our technicians to monitor RF metrics in real time while making fine alignment adjustments. This significantly improves precision compared to traditional alignment methods and helps ensure each sector is operating exactly as intended.

Great work by the team on site embracing new technology and continuing to refine the way we deliver & maintain network infrastructure.

When all communications systems fail, there needs to be a reliable backstop. A guarantee that the critical message, is sent and received by NSW Rural Fire Service staff and volunteers.

Thats where the Paging network steps in.

Here we have delivered a new install near West Wyalong.

Our rigging team battled hot temps and dry winds to get the new VHF Base antenna array by RFI Antennas installed.

48V power supply, coupled with 2 strings of VRLA batteries, ensures that this Paging transmitter will stay online, even in a sustained power outage.

Communications to site is split between multiple paths. Primary linking is done via UHF link, by Aprisa / Aviat networks.

With secondary paths supported by a Teltonika 4/5G modem, split between LTE providers Optus and Telstra. This provides more redundancy, which bolsters its ability to perform, even if other link paths are not available.

Our team has been working hard, in conjunction with WatchTowers Networks on getting some Fire Watch cameras up and running to better assist the NSW Rural Fire Service and NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service with Fire fighting efforts.

We now have new cameras installed at Black Jack Mountain, Ingebirah Watchtower & Mt Youngal.

This was an epic day of tower climbing for us. Fires burning in the horizon, while the sun began to set, made for some pretty cool footage! The smoke and fire that was burning in the background, gave us real time feedback of the importance of this fire watch technology. Thanks to the team at WatchTowers Networks for this video!

🔥 Working on critical communications infrastructure in Temora, and our technicians spotted this fire taking place 🔥

Well done to the NSW Rural Fire Service and other emergency services who responded to this fire quickly. We observed planes, tankers, and fire trucks all making their way to fight and gain control of the blaze.

We appreciate the volunteers who keep our communities safe.
