In support of physical distancing measures to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, Darwin IT Support has followed the NT government guidance and applied the methods below:

*All devices drop-off and pick-up at the front gate instead of the small workshop.
*All devices will be cleaned with isopropyl alcohol cleaner before customers pick-up.
*Cancel waiting while fixing in the workshop.
*Cancel all onsite/call-out IT support (remote IT support is strongly recommended if possible).
*Please book your device repair via phone call, text, Facebook live chat or email.

This poor iPhone 6 plus screen was smashed so hard even the back cover was bend. However, after 1 hour emergency surgery, it looks like a brand new phone :) PM us your smashed iPhone model, we can fix it for you :)
