The world we live in is changing everyday.
So much so, that it is now acceptable to assassinate someone who doesn't agree with the powers that be or someone who attempts to disrupt the status quo.
The main source of news for the average person is the mainstream media. This one source of news that many people rely on, is one of the things that forms your perception of the world.
We hear about soldiers doing well in Iraq and Afghanistan searching for 'Weapons of Mass Destruction'. So now we fear 'Mass Destruction' and it is super convenient that forces from all over the world are killing the terrorists in these countries.
What if our country was invaded, by China for example, what if a group of their soldiers are coming for your house, are you going to fight back? Lets say you do and manage to find one isolated, disarm him and kill remaining three members of his squad.
Now back in China it comes on the mainstream media that four soldiers were killed in action by terrorists during a mission to raid a house that was suspected to have 'Weapons of Mass Destruction'. The leader comes on to reassure the public that everything is going to be fine and that they will find who is responsible for it.
