Customer complained the sound from his standard sound system in his Alfa 4c was lacking. The stock 5" speakers just not cutting it.
We could of gone the ready route and fit aftermarket 5" speakers but for the best result meant fitting 6" speakers.
We designed the complicated speaker pods on CAD and cut via CNC then finished by hand.
Finally a simple tweeter ring was designed to fit the tweeter in the factory location.
We powered the Alpine X-Type S65c speakers with the biggest amp we could fit in the tiny car, the Alpine KTA-30FW 4ch.
The results were amazing giving the system a much louder and clearer sound with much more needed bottom end.

This is a hideaway unit with remote screen perfect for vehicles like this 200 series Toyota Sahara where headunit replacement is not possible.

Everything is controlled via this screen or steering wheel controls.

When you are investing in good speakers then protecting them is important!

This is a prime example of why it is so important to use marine grade ply for door speaker spacers and not MDF.

MDF will 100% turn out like this after time from moisture, which will destroy your speakers as seen in these photos.
