When an online order goes missing, the customer doesn't care which system dropped it. 😬

Most online stores aren't one system. There's the website, a sync tool in the middle, and a separate system for stock and invoices. They all have to agree, every single time.

We've seen this with a health products brand. They sell through WooCommerce, keep stock in another system, and some orders were failing to sync and had to be fixed by hand.

Here's a simple habit that catches most of it: place one real test order every week, and follow it all the way through. Store, sync, stock, invoice, confirmation email.

For your customer, the order is the experience.

Be honest. Have you ever been asked to "make it pop"? 😅

It's one of the most common pieces of website feedback, and one of the hardest to act on. Pop how? Brighter? Bigger? More exciting? Nobody's quite sure.

It's not bad feedback. It's just not a brief.

So next time someone asks for more pop, try asking three questions back: What should this page get people to do? Who is it for? And what's stopping them right now?

Answer those, and the page usually "pops" on its own. Because it works.

Ever come back from a long weekend to find your website down? 😬

That nearly happened to one of our education clients. Over the recent Sydney long weekend, security certificates on five or six of their websites were about to lapse. If they had, the sites could have gone offline, right when nobody was watching.

Our support team caught it and fixed it before any of them went down. The client didn't have to do a thing. Now we're setting up automatic renewal so it can't happen again.
