With Christmas just around the corner, we wanted to let you know our holiday break dates so you can plan ahead.

Smith’s IT Support will be taking a short break from Wednesday 24th December 2025 and we’ll be back on deck Monday 5th January 2026.

As this year draws to a close, we would like to thank you for supporting us this year. We hope you have a safe and Merry Christmas and a wonderful New Year.

This year my Christmas and New Year availability will be slightly different to previous years. As you know, Sonya and I have had a baby this year, therefore I want to spend time with John for his first Christmas. I have decided to take Christmas Eve night and Christmas Day off this year. I will still be available for emergencies, however.

I would like to thank my wonderful and supportive clients in this bitter sweet time. On Tuesday 7th March, my fiance Sonya and I welcomed our baby boy John into this world, in Adelaide. While we are overjoyed with our new bundle of joy, unfortunately Sonya's blood pressure isn't playing ball right now and we can't get back home just yet. Fingers crossed we get home soon!
I am still available for all your remote support needs. Thank you again for your understanding in this bitter sweet time.
