First up we have the Red Channel…

High-gain goodness from the pair of Preface straight into a UA Apollo (Hi-Z input). Recorded in Logic Pro and using the Bogren IR plugin with a York Audio IR (Mesa 212 cab with Vintage 30’s).

Some processing: modulated delay, reverb, eq, compression but the same settings applied to both PCB and HW Prefaces.

What’s your verdict?
