It's been a week and the muscle soreness has finally faded 🎾

The whole Haddcorp Group came together for our mid-year team day, with everyone from Entourage Technology, Rhythm Digital, Haddtrack Safety & Compliance Specialists and Academy Business Services swapping the office for The Courts at East, with an afternoon of tennis, paddle games and some... friendly competition.

A massive shoutout to Northwest Tennis Academy for getting us all moving and throwing some great challenges our way — turns out we've got a few hidden tennis stars in our ranks 👏

Capped off with wood fired pizza and drinks to wrap up a great day as one team – bring on the rest of the year!

Peter Lamond, Enterprise Account Manager at Entourage, attended the Business NSW "Future of Regional Airports" paper launch in Port Macquarie yesterday, and we were thrilled to see one of our valued customers, SFC Australia, featured as a case study for their innovative approach to revitalising the airport precinct in partnership with Council.
It's incredibly rewarding to support businesses who are not only growing, but actively shaping the future of their industry. A well deserved spotlight for the Sydney Flight College team. Congratulations!

Today, Business NSW is proud to release our new policy paper, Keeping Regional NSW Connected: The Future of Our Airports.

Regional airports are critical economic infrastructure. They connect businesses to customers, support tourism and freight, provide access to healthcare and emergency services, and help attract investment, workers and opportunities to regional communities.

Yet this vital network is facing growing challenges. Ageing infrastructure, rising operating costs, workforce shortages, limited airline competition and constrained access to Sydney Airport are placing increasing pressure on regional connectivity.

The stakes are high. Regional NSW is home to millions of people, thousands of businesses and some of Australia's fastest-growing communities. Strong aviation links are essential to their continued economic success.

Our paper outlines a long-term vision for regional aviation and calls for action to:
✈️ Invest in airport infrastructure and resilience
✈️ Improve airline competition and route security
✈️ Strengthen access to Sydney Airport slots
✈️ Develop the aviation workforce pipeline
✈️ Ensure Western Sydney International delivers benefits for regional NSW
✈️ Support the transition to a more sustainable aviation sector

Regional airports are more than gateways – they are economic lifelines. Investing in their future means investing in the future of regional NSW.

The Entourage team hit a milestone recently (and not for the first time!), and it's a testament to the incredible clients who trust us with their tech, and a team that cares about getting it right every time. To celebrate, our Senior Technician & Director Chris Ash did what any great leader does: fired up the smoker and personally prepared a brisket for the crew. Happy clients make the job worth it. A smoked brisket makes the Friday unforgettable.
