Earlier this year, we decided to implement EOS, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, within our business. This is not a software operating system as many people initially think, rather it is a complete set of simple concepts and practical tools that has helped thousands of entrepreneurs around the world get what they want from their businesses.
We have been loving the journey of getting everyone on the same page with our Vision and gaining Traction by instilling focus, discipline, and accountability throughout the company so that everyone executes the vision – every day.
In fact, we have loved it so much that we have decided to sponsor their "Strong in Six" Business Traction Event in Sydney on Thursday this week.
The event is designed to teach attendees how to get more of what they want from their business. It will introduce EOS® to companies not yet running on EOS and provide deeper communal learning for those already using EOS Tools.
