Linkedin has made some changes which is causing the Linkedin integration to not operate properly. We're working with them to integrate these changes into Rivuu.

They report that there's a bit of a queue to get these issues resolved with a number of companies, so we expect up to a 2 week wait before normal services resume. Our apologies for the inconvenience. If you have any specific questions please drop us a Facebook message

Instagram has made a change that is causing Instagram scheduled posts to fail. This change happened in the last 12 hours so please check to see if your recent posts have worked. We are working on the issue, which may take up to 3 days to resolve.

Facebook is currently experiencing international issues as reported here:

https://downdetector.com/status/facebook

This is causing attempts to schedule posts to Facebook with Rivuu to sometimes fail. You'll be able to tell when the issue is resolved by the issues reported in the most recent time slot dropping to their standard levels of less than 100 per slot.

Depending on your location you may be able to directly post to Facebook like we are in the meantime.

We have resolved the recent issues with Instagram video posts, thank you for your patience and happy approving!

Facebook experienced some downtime in the last few hours which may have caused some of your posts to not be scheduled after attempting to schedule them. Previously scheduled posts were unaffected.

It appears Facebook have fixed everything now, any posts that were affected by this issue will be sent to the "Failed Content" section and just need to be rescheduled from there

UPDATE: Facebook have now confirmed that they've resolved this issue, let us know if you continue to see any problems

As a small business being impacted by this, it’s a difficult decision to post about it. We could face retaliatory action from Facebook, and it’s just not a good look for a company to publicise that it’s having an issue.

Nonetheless, we’d like people to know what’s going on.
