FactoryPlus is a leading electrical appliances retailer in NSW. We are expanding and are looking for friendly and responsible delivery drivers who can drive a 4.5T truck and follow

* Delivery schedule as allocated at the start of your shift.

* You will be provided with the tools and uniforms that are necessary.

* All training will be provided.

Ideal Candidate Must Have:

* NSW Drivers Licence (MUST BE HELD FOR MIN 6 MONTHS)

* Driving History RTA Report Print Out (NOT LONGER THAN 1 MONTH OLD)

* Australian Police Check ( Not older than 30 days)

* Prior experience in a similar industry will be a plus but not mandatory

FactoryPlus is a leading factory seconds home appliance retailer with six stores across NSW and growing rapidly. We are looking for 3 high-energy, friendly retail associates for our Penrith and Lidcombe stores.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and retail support
Assist clients with their selection of merchandise
Develop strong commercial relationships with clients
Responsible for collectively achieving and exceeding sales targets
Partner with store management to achieve the overall retail strategy for your store
Support store operations including visual merchandising and stock control
Candidates should be fit and active as some lifting required

Skills and Experience:

Experience in a retail environment is mandatory; prior home appliance experience will be considered added advantageous
Enjoys working as part of a larger team, being cooperative and supporting fellow members
Is confident and comfortable making autonomous decisions when required
Able to demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with colleagues at all levels of the business
Possess a keen interest in home appliances with an understanding of current trends and competition

Please note that you will be required to work a mixture of weekdays and weekends.

This role is an entry level position in a fast-paced learning environment and you will be assisting in the administration, warranty and customer service department. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for answering all incoming queries as well as assisting with internal and external retail stores and customers. The successful candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, good phone manner and willingness to assist others when necessary.

Your responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include but are not limited to:

Providing support to staff as well as assisting internal and external customers and stakeholders.
Responding to calls, emails and queries in a timely manner whilst maintaining a professional attitude.
Ability to liaise with all stakeholders of the business and pass on accurate information to ensure the smooth running of the business.
Providing a welcoming and helpful experience in our showroom and warehouse.
Experience and Skills Required

Use of Windows operated computer with entry level software such as; Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to maintain a high level of service while working under pressure
Good phone manner with a positive and professional approach to work within a team and autonomously
A background or enthusiasm in Consumer Electronics is highly regarded but not necessary
