Dear SnapRecipes users, pleased to announce the release of a new update in the App Store today which includes a complete update for iOS 12 and updates for iPhone X/XS (finally!). Watch out also for some big changes soon including many new features requested by you.

Dear SnapRecipes users, the new update is now live in the App Store and ready for download.

The new build 7.0.3 has now been submitted to Apple. This update should rectify most problems but please email us at [email protected] if you continue to have issues. Some further tweaks may still be required for some users to see some very old recipes. Please also note that searching and sorting will not work perfectly until the app has had some time to sync and index the recipes so please allow a little time for that to occur. We would appreciate any feedback and please advise any ongoing problems by email so we can address each individually. Thanks again everyone for your ongoing patience.

A huge thank you to everyone who has volunteered to test the new build. We have been flooded with offers so no need for any more now. By way of update, the new build is working really well and we expect to submit to Apple tomorrow and should be available in the App Store by the end of the week. Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding - the spirit and loyalty of the SnapRecipes community is amazing!

Dear SnapRecipes users. We have now hired an entirely new development team and tasked them with completely overhauling the app and restoring access to all recipes as a matter of urgency. We hope to release a new robust and fully tested version in a week or so. Appreciate your ongoing patience. After that there will be a number of exciting upgrades but lets focus on the current problems first.

A number of our SnapRecipes users are experiencing problems with the app. Firstly, our apologies again for the ongoing issues. We are advised by our development team that many apps, including a number of Apple's own apps, are having issues with iOS 10.3 including crashing and other problems. Rest assured we are continuing to work to resolve the problems and we will not rest until full functionality is restored. Thank you again for your ongoing patience and understanding.

Some users are having issues with the new update. We have removed the update from sale. Please do not update yet. We are investigating and will release a further update. Cannot apologise enough for these issues. Working around the clock to resolve.
