Your AI shouldn't be a money pit. 📉

Most businesses are overpaying for AI because of a "Context Tax" incurred for repeatedly processing the same data.

The fix? Stop using a "sledgehammer" (expensive models) for everything (simple tasks) and start caching your data. 🧠
Are you auditing your AI spend, or just paying the bill? Let’s talk and explore how we can help👇

The race to automate is a race to the bottom. 📉
Everyone is sprinting to see how much they can offload to AI. But the real winners? They’re the ones who know exactly what not to automate.
AI is a master of scale. It can process petabytes of data and predict patterns in seconds. But AI cannot:
🤝 Build deep-seated trust.
⚖️ Navigate the nuance of a high-stakes negotiation.
🌍 Sense the subtle shift in a company’s culture.
The Business Implication:
If you automate your empathy, you commoditise your brand.

Efficiency is just a tool. Human intuition is the moat. 🏰

Don’t just keep a human in the loop as a "fact-checker." Keep the human as the soul of the strategy. That is where the value lives.

What’s one part of your business you will never hand over to an algorithm?
Let’s explore. 👇

2024: "I have an app for that." 📱
2026: "My Agent is on it." 🤖
The screen is disappearing. Today, the best "User Interface" is the one you never see. Businesses are now competing for the "Agent’s Choice."
Is your business ready to talk back?

The "typing..." bubble is officially dead.

Last week, OpenAI and Google didn’t just make AI smarter—they made it instant. And honestly? That changes the entire ROI of your workday.

We’re moving away from "Type a prompt and wait" to "Point your camera and talk."

Imagine:
→ Pointing your phone at a job site and the AI spots the safety hazard before you do.
→ Leading a meeting in Tokyo with real-time translation that actually catches your tone.
→ Having a "teammate" on your Zoom call that nudges you when a client looks confused.

It’s not just software anymore. It’s a second set of eyes and ears that never gets tired.

The question isn’t "will AI replace me?" it’s "how do I lead a team that’s half-human, half-intelligence?"

Are you leaning into this yet, or still just using it to write emails?

AI is smarter than ever, but it still doesn’t have a heart.
The EU just passed a landmark law: “Human-in-the-Loop.” From now on, a robot can’t hire you, fire you, or diagnose your health without a real person signing off. ✋⚖️
We’ve spent years trying to “AI-ify” everything to save time, but we’re learning a hard lesson: Intelligence without empathy is a liability.
Efficiency is great, but some things are too important to leave to code.

Is moving from being a “trend” to the corporate standard?

While you’re reading this, autonomous AI systems are already:

âś… Closing out financial reconciliations
âś… Drafting personalized Q1 strategies
âś… Resolving supply chain bottlenecks
✅ Coordinating next week’s operations

…all without a single human click.

The 4-day workweek may not come from HR policy.
It may come from simple economics.

When AI agents can deliver a week’s worth of operational output in hours, “presence” stops being the measure of productivity.

The real challenge for leaders in 2027 won’t just be adopting AI.

It will be:
• How do we maintain trust, culture, and collaboration in AI-driven workplaces?
• Are we redesigning work intentionally — or letting technology redesign it for us?

Curious to hear where others stand on this.

Anthropic built an AI that finds zero-days in every major operating system and web browser.

They say it's too dangerous to release publicly (Anthropic, Fortune, April 9 2026).

So they built Project Glasswing: a coalition of 12 companies (Apple, Google, Microsoft, AWS, Nvidia, JPMorgan, Crowdstrike, and others) to find and patch the flaws first.

The model is called Claude Mythos Preview. Thousands of high-severity vulnerabilities already found. Anthropic's argument: this capability exists whether they release it or not. The question is who gets there first.

The takeaway isn't cybersecurity. It's the ceiling of what AI systems can now do. Mythos isn't answering questions. It's reasoning over codebases, surfacing weaknesses, compressing weeks of specialist work into hours.

Every business has its own version of this task. NFI finds it and builds the agentic system to run it.

Meta just launched Muse Spark. The $135B bet is live.

First model from Meta Superintelligence Labs. Multi-agent orchestration. "Contemplating mode" where multiple agents reason in parallel (Meta, Axios, April 8-9 2026).

Meta AI app shot to #5 on the US App Store in 24 hours.

Context: this is the same Meta that reportedly cut 16,000 jobs and committed $115-135B to AI infrastructure. Muse Spark is what all of that was building toward.

The headline isn't the model. It's multi-agent orchestration. Multiple AI agents reasoning in parallel and coordinating.

This is where every serious AI deployment is heading. Not single tools. Systems of agents doing work.

NFI builds agentic systems at SMB scale.

OpenAI just killed Sora. Six months after launch.

Disney walked away from a $1B investment. No money ever changed hands.

Sora cost ~$15M per day to run. Even OpenAI couldn't make the economics work (Bloomberg, Variety, March 24 2026).

The product was impressive. The maths wasn't.

Disney's deal would have given Sora 200+ Marvel, Pixar, and Star Wars characters. All gone.

OpenAI is redirecting the team to robotics. AI video isn't dead. But this product was unsustainable.

The lesson: not every AI capability is worth building. The businesses that win match AI to real problems with measurable ROI.

NFI helps businesses find where AI actually delivers value.

Sora cost $15M a day and OpenAI killed it. Disney walked away from a $1B deal (Bloomberg, Variety, March 24 2026).

Before you build any AI project, ask these 5 questions:

1. PROBLEM: Does it solve a real business problem? 95% of pilots fail (MIT NANDA). Most because the problem wasn't worth it.
2. COST: Can you sustain the operating cost? Model it before you commit.
3. DATA: Is your data ready? Only 21% of enterprises meet readiness criteria (IDC).
4. MEASURE: Can you define success before you build? Less than 30% of CEOs are happy with AI returns (Gartner).
5. MAINTAIN: Can you keep it running? 42% scrapped most AI initiatives in 2025 (beam.ai).

If you can't answer all 5, don't build it.

NFI starts every engagement with question 1. We don't build for the sake of building.
