🎓 Investing in the next generation of business leaders

Our President Brad Klaffer and our Global Product Manager Chris Reeves recently had the privilege of serving as judges at the DECA Inc. South Carolina, USA regional competition hosted by Walhalla High School in Walhalla, SC, where students from 17 upstate high schools competed in marketing, finance, hospitality, and management challenges.

Watching these young professionals tackle complex business challenges reminded us of the talent and fresh perspectives the next generation brings. The industries we serve—logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, distribution—need exactly these kinds of strategic thinkers and problem-solvers.

These students are learning to analyze operations, optimize processes, and prioritize safety—skills that directly translate to the real-world challenges in supply chain, fleet management, and workplace safety. Some of these competitors could be tomorrow's operations managers, supply chain analysts, or entrepreneurs creating the next generation of industrial solutions.
