Recently, our Managing Director Augustine Alexander and our Singapore Country Manager Daniel Lasnitzki in collaboration with Salesforce gathered valuable members of our partners representing multiple automotive brands for an industry update.

Our team worked through the fundamental shifts that are being seen in the industry today and showcased some of the solutions we have available to continue to grow businesses and boost customer experience, with a focus on the Automotive Cloud product.

Today we are celebrating the successful completion of our 30-day Walking Challenge: Step up your walking Game!

Throughout the past month, our incredible team walked an astonishing 9,995,849 steps! We are incredibly proud of our team, and we congratulate and thank each and every one of them for their amazing efforts and participation! 💙

Why we embarked on this challenge? At Katzion, we firmly believe that a healthy workforce leads to a thriving and productive workplace. By encouraging physical activity and wellbeing initiatives, we prioritise the wellbeing of our team and foster a positive work environment where individuals can reach their full potential!

The 30-day walking challenge served as a catalyst to inspire our employees to embrace the many benefits of regular physical activity. Walking, a simple yet highly effective exercise, offers a number of advantages such as:

Now back at the Katzion Sydney HQs from their roadshow, our Director's Augustine Alexander, Sunder Narayana, Mitch Gibbons Pete Reed and Nick Weinmann caught up with the local team for an afternoon kick-off session, where the sentiment from our staff in Singapore and India continues - the session was well received, insightful, honest and inspiring. 💙

Our Managing Director, Augustine Alexander shares:

"As a Director, one of the most important roles we have is to communicate effectively with our employees. This is especially true when it comes to setting expectations for the year ahead.

As we're still at the beginning of a new year, it's crucial that we take the time to address our teams and share our vision for what we hope to achieve. This means outlining key objectives, priorities, and goals, as well as discussing any potential challenges or obstacles that may arise.

By setting clear expectations and providing guidance on how we plan to tackle the year ahead, we can help our employees feel more confident, motivated, and engaged. This, in turn, can lead to better performance and more positive outcomes for everyone involved.

I'm very proud of our leadership team. We all took the time to communicate with our employees about the year ahead. We made sure our message was clear, concise, and inspiring, and also made sure to listen to feedback and answer any questions our employees may have. With effective communication and a shared sense of purpose, we can achieve great things together in the coming year."

Sadly, all good things must come to an end. Augustine Alexander, Sunder Narayana and Mitch Gibbons spent their last week of their Roadshow journey in Cochin. 😏

For the team, the messages shared by the three Directors are an inspiration and is a reminder to continue the hard work with diligence and enthusiasm.

The intimate Q&A session helped gain clarity on various ideas, while reinforcing the importance of transparency.

And just like all occasions, fun and food were the catalysts of a successful event. The cultural events saw enthusiastic participation from everyone...even the Directors. 🎉
