This November I’m running Align With Me, a 4-week spiritual development circle for beginners. Each week we use guided meditation to meet your spirit guides and connect with loved ones on the other side, then build on it with development work so you learn to trust what comes through.

No experience needed. Just come as you are.

Sometimes, when we show up for ourselves and commit to our healing, we don’t realise just how much is changing within us.

I don’t know exactly how I healed my fear of moths. It wasn’t something I specifically worked on or set out to heal. It happened through all the different forms of healing I do for myself, by continually showing up, doing the inner work and taking care of myself.

I didn’t even realise I had healed this fear until a swarm of bogong moths appeared!

Sometimes, healing one part of ourselves creates change in another, completely unexpected part of our lives.

Never underestimate the power of showing up for yourself. 🤍
