Our own Craig Smithers will be on the panel for the Process session on 30 September, talking through IT and cybersecurity basics every growing practice needs in place, so come along and put your own questions to me directly.
And if you're already running a practice, there's just as much in it for you. The same five sessions dig into the levers that grow an existing practice, and by the final week you'll have a rough sense of what it's worth and what actually moves that number.
