Brighton Technologies & Generate Group have consolidated.
Darren Brighton, CEO of Brighton Technology Group (BTG) announced the consolidation of the two companies on the 22nd February 2023.
Businesses of all sizes are increasingly seeking to consolidate their operational technologies to improve performance, control costs, reduce risk and to simplify operation management.
Darren said “In today’s commercial world, managers can no longer be expected to be personally responsible for the operation of multiple, diverse technologies, from multiple suppliers and support teams and still perform their core management duties at the same time. The products of our two companies are highly compatible and designed to improve consumer experience and business performance while reducing workloads for managers and their staff.”

Brighton Technologies acquires 100% control of Generate Group in a deal that sees one of Generate Group’s founders, John Wallace, retire and his founding partner, Paul Godfrey remain as Generate Group’s Managing Director. The companies will continue to operate independently in close cooperation while their products and operations are consolidated.”
