Showcasing our work on Australia’s largest build-to-rent tower ✨

Engaged by Prime Electrical our team designed and installed a security and access control system across the 45-storey West Tower at Melbourne Quarter, covering 797 build-to-rent residences.

Our tailored solution consisted of:
• ICOM intercom monitors and door stations (DNAKE OEM)
• FDi iPassan access control with lift control
• Milesight CCTV, and
• Schlage battery locks.

Delivered by Lend Lease in partnership with Daiwa House, West Tower forms the final piece of Lendlease’s Melbourne Quarter precinct. A modern and sustainable mixed-use precinct, Melbourne Quarter provides residents with the convenience of living in a vibrant and interconnected inner-city neighbourhood.

A little about us!

In a nutshell, we work with developers, builders, strata and building managers to create smarter, safer and more connected communities. And we have been doing so for over 45 years!

We focus on providing integrated smart building and security solutions for multi-occupancy buildings, including:

Our suite of products are sourced from reputable and reliable brands including, among others, DNAKE, Urmet and FDI, for who we are the distributors in Australia. Our wide selection allows us to design tailored solutions for our clients to suit their individual residential project needs.

From working on some of Australia’s most iconic developments, such as Darling Square in Sydney’s CBD, to upgrading existing systems, we support buildings at every stage.

Being involved from installation to ongoing service and support, we’re also with our clients every step of the way – making sure systems perform at their best long after delivery.

Making it Facebook official, SUPA Tech is now Epsilon Tech!

Still the same dedicated team and still a leading provider of smart building and security solutions in Australia, just with a different name… and look!

Our name change reflects a shift in our status, where we now operate independently from Smart Urban Properties Australia (SUPA).

Having previously been known as Urmet and Epsilon Security before joining SUPA, our new name also honours our business’ heritage, while representing the broader technology and smart building offering we have today – spanning intercoms, access control, smart locks, home automation, CCTV, and residential building apps.

As we move into this next chapter of our story, we remain committed to delivering the same high level of expertise, service, and support you have come to expect from us, well into the future.
