Another great project delivered by our VIC team 💫

Engaged by LGC Electrical, we are proud to have supplied and installed a tailored security and access control system at Piccolo House, Fitzroy.

Our solution consisted of DNAKE monitors and entry panels with call forwarding through the DNAKE Smart Pro App, for greater connectivity and convenience. We also commissioned a smart home automation package for one of the residences, highlighting our ability to offer integrated technology solutions to suit various building and resident requirements.

Located on Gore St Fitzroy, the project draws on the character of its surroundings, and features 49 thoughtfully-designed two and three bedroom residences, complemented by ample amenities.

The development is a collaboration between Piccolo House, Woods Bagot and Hecker Guthrie.

Smart technology meeting coastal living.

Earlier this year, our Queensland team delivered a modern security upgrade for the Golden Riviera Beach Resort on the Gold Coast.

Engaged by the strata body corporate, our team replaced the previous intercom and access control system with a cloud-based DNAKE intercom solution and FDI iPassan access control system. The project included 25 entry point call stations servicing more than 70 self-contained apartments, along with 35 upgraded Bluetooth readers throughout the resort.

With no cabling required, the solution was ideal for the beachfront environment, helping to mitigate the risk of cable erosion while delivering greater convenience through mobile credentials and significant cost savings.

Showcasing our work on Australia’s largest build-to-rent tower ✨

Engaged by Prime Electrical our team designed and installed a security and access control system across the 45-storey West Tower at Melbourne Quarter, covering 797 build-to-rent residences.

Our tailored solution consisted of:
• ICOM intercom monitors and door stations (DNAKE OEM)
• FDi iPassan access control with lift control
• Milesight CCTV, and
• Schlage battery locks.

Delivered by Lend Lease in partnership with Daiwa House, West Tower forms the final piece of Lendlease’s Melbourne Quarter precinct. A modern and sustainable mixed-use precinct, Melbourne Quarter provides residents with the convenience of living in a vibrant and interconnected inner-city neighbourhood.
