Meet the team: Jan Redshaw

Jan has joined the team as a Sales Solution Specialist. With over 20 years of experience in account management and customer service, Jan brings a strong customer-first approach to the Touchpoint team. Her career has spanned multiple industries, including public relations, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, mining, beauty, skincare, and retail – giving her a diverse perspective on client needs and solutions.

Jan is always up for an adventure, whether it’s travelling to a new destination or spending weekends keeping up with her nieces and nephew in their latest high-energy pursuits. When she’s not on the move, she enjoys discovering the newest local breakfast spots – often found through a well-curated Instagram scroll.

Meet the Team: Dexter Sim

Dexter is a welcome addition to Touchpoint’s growing solutions team. He brings over six years of IT industry experience, including four years at Dicker Data. He prides himself on building strong relationships with customers and vendors and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Dexter’s sociable nature has complemented the engaging and enjoyable aspects of Touchpoint's team culture. Outside of work, he can be found on the soccer pitch or keeping a straight face behind a stack of poker chips. Dexter is also the team’s resident polyglot – speaking an incredible seven languages!

This year we did something a little different for our end of year celebrations. On Tuesday the team took part in a National Parks and Wildlife Service run volunteer morning at Congwong Beach in Kamay Botany Bay National Park.

We kicked off with some education about the local environment, history and culture before tackling our beach clean-up task. From a relatively small area on the beach the team was able to remove an eye opening amount of rubbish from what appeared to be a reasonably clean area at first glance.

The event was a great way to contribute to our ESG commitments (more of which we'll be discussing in 2025) as well as providing a fun, social morning for the team to enjoy out of the office.

It was also our fantastic finance manager Sonya's birthday - happy birthday Son!

After a morning of work in the sun we were treated to a hard earned lunch at The Grounds in Eveleigh. Many thanks to Miah and Sonya for organising the day.
