At ETS IT we have been quietly building, planning and preparing for some very interesting things for a MSP of our size. We wanted to share some of our journey of the build here ! This is a snippet of what we have been up-to on our internal build ! These are just some of our build photos, we can’t share them all though 🤫

Distressed and worried their computer was never going to work properly again!
A Client called us reporting that their computer had become "extremely slow" and was taking over 15 minutes to open emails.

IT Support case:
Our client over the phone was explaining that the computer for a few days has been running really slowly and opening emails became a nightmare.
After remote accessing, checking the system, reviewing applications, we discovered the issue...

They had 127 browser tabs open across 3 different windows, including a weather forecast from 2024 and "how to boil an egg" google search.

Once the unnecessary tabs were closed and a few startup programs were cleaned up, the computer was back to running normally.

Did you know?
Leaving multiple browser tabs open can consume significant memory and impact performance, especially on older devices.

Disclaimer: Even though this case was made up entirely and exaggerated for entertainment simple problems like this does happen and even may make you feel silly when discovering the issue can be resolved really easily, at ETS IT these type of scenarios do come through from time to time but we are here to assist you in any problem you have big or small and no we won't judge you on your google searches or post about them!
