Cybermate 3.0 arrives on 1 October, and it’s a big moment for us.

For years I’ve watched cyber security training treat every staff member the same. Accounts, warehouse, developers, all sitting through the same generic videos and answering the same generic quiz. It never matched how risk actually works, and it never helped organisations build safer habits.

Cybermate 3.0 changes that.

We’ve rebuilt the platform so training adapts to each person and aligns to your organisation’s own policies. Your people learn your rules, not generic best practice. If you have specific IT requirements, AI usage policies or unique security controls, the training reflects the way your organisation actually works.

Every staff member gets a program shaped to their role and their risk profile. The finance officer and the field technician stop getting identical training, because they don’t face identical threats.

***Instagram's Password Reset Scam - Meta Says Ignore It. We Say Don’t Be Naive***

Hackers used Instagram’s own infrastructure to send fake password reset emails. Real sender. Real format. Real risk.

Meta says, “just ignore them.”
We say: if you clicked, assume you’re compromised.

Minimum action:
• Don’t trust links even from “trusted” platforms
• Check login history and recent emails in-app
• Turn on 2FA
• Report suspicious activity via the app

This isn’t a glitch. It’s a warning. Trust the app, not the email.
