Cérge.tech

Cérge.tech Cérge.tech delivers award-winning accessibility infrastructure. We solve two of the biggest barriers to participation for people with disability:

1.

From Virtual Tours to Sensory Guides, we help councils, venues & governments scale inclusion, build confidence & create lasting social impact. Cérge.tech is a globally recognised, award-winning accessibility technology company — proudly named 2025 World Summit Awards Global Champion for Inclusion & Empowerment. A lack of trusted, public information about venue accessibility.

2. The absence of ind

ustry-grade infrastructure for organisations to scale inclusion with confidence. Our solutions transform inclusion from a compliance burden into a strategic asset:

🔹 Cérge Companion Website – Inclusive digital twins of venues featuring Virtual Tours, Visual Stories, Sensory Guides, Access Guides, Audio Guides, and Communication Boards. These tools consistently deliver 50,000+ engagements per venue, driving measurable social impact and 10X ROI in brand value compared to traditional digital marketing.

🔹 Cérge Tech & IP Infrastructure – An enterprise-grade acquisition model that enables governments and organisations to own the entire platform outright, saving 18–24 months of R&D and millions in internal developer costs. Built to be modular, scalable, and federated, it delivers:

-> Proven production processes (70%+ efficiency per venue profiled)

-> AI assistance tools + API integration for scale, efficiency, and accuracy

-> CérgeSchema, the world’s first AI-native accessibility schema, ensuring discoverability across search engines and AI platforms

-> Federated syndication capability, enabling accessibility content created once to be syndicated nationally across sport, tourism, and government

These barriers are not theoretical. Left unsolved, they lead to cancelled outings, heightened anxiety, social isolation, and a loss of independence for individuals, families, and support workers alike. Cérge.tech exists to replace uncertainty with confidence — embedding inclusion as infrastructure that scales across venues, councils, and entire regions.

💙 Access and Inclusion Benefits Everyone

When people hear the words "accessibility" or "inclusion", they often think only about disability.

The reality is that access and inclusion benefits a much wider group of people from all walks of life, including:

👶 Parents with prams
🧒 Families with young children
👵 Older Australians
🩼 People recovering from injury
🐕 Assistance dog and support animal handlers
🌏 Visitors from different cultural and language backgrounds
😌 People who experience anxiety in unfamiliar environments
🎒 First-time visitors to a venue

Clear information, welcoming environments and thoughtful design make experiences better for everyone.

That is why providing information before a visit is so important.

Good access and inclusion is not about creating separate experiences.

It is about creating better experiences for everyone.

💙 Know Before You Go: Reducing Anxiety Through Information

For many people, visiting a new venue can bring uncertainty.

Questions such as:
❓ Where do I park?
❓ How do I enter the building?
❓ What will it look like?
❓ Will it be busy?
❓ Are there accessible amenities?
❓ Where can I go if I need a quiet break?

When these questions go unanswered, anxiety can increase and participation can decrease.

Providing clear information before a visit allows people to make informed decisions and prepare in a way that works for them.

That is why Cérge focuses on helping people understand a venue before they arrive through photos, virtual tours, access information and sensory guidance.

Because confidence often begins long before the front door.

Cérge.tech is leading the formation of a national consortium to deliver a digital infrastructure project of a scale never attempted in Australia and solve the most ubiquitous access and inclusion challenge: helping people Know Before They Go...

Together with participating organisations, Cérge will profile and promote up to 1,500 community facilities across 100 local government areas throughout remote, regional and metropolitan Australia.

Australia has invested billions of dollars building accessible infrastructure.
Yet despite this investment, one of the greatest barriers to participation remains unchanged.

People often cannot confidently determine whether a venue will meet their needs before they arrive. The result is uncertainty, anxiety, cancelled outings, reduced participation and diminished community outcomes.

The challenge is known throughout the disability community as: "Know Before You Go"

For decades, this issue has been approached venue by venue and project by project.

We believe it is time for a different approach. The problem is national. The solution must be national.

💡 Just as roads connect people to places, Accessibility Information Infrastructure connects people to participation. 💡

This initiative is not simply creating 1,500 accessibility profiles across 100 local government areas. It is the establishment of a new national capability.

Participating organisations will receive end-to-end Accessibility Information Infrastructure including:

🔹Digital Infrastructure: Outright ownership of our globally recognised tech platform
🔹 Community Infrastructure: AI-assisted venue profiling tools
🔹Workforce Capability: Onsite training and knowledge transfer
🔹Content Infrastructure: 50 immersive venue accessibility profiles including Virtual Tours, Visual Stories, Sensory Guides, Audio Guides, Access Guides and Communication Boards
🔹Lived Experience Infrastructure: Structured engagement and workshop programs with feedback loops
🔹Participation Infrastructure: Stories of Inclusion, promotion and awareness campaigns
🔹Syndication Infrastructure: A National Federated Syndication Network transforming accessibility information from a local asset into a national participation asset

This initiative is designed to provide councils and organisations with the systems, ownership, capability and governance required to manage accessibility information as permanent infrastructure rather than manual effort by the passionate few.

We are not seeking a financial commitment from participating councils or organisations.

We are simply seeking 30 Letters of Support from local governments and national organisations.

Should the consortium application to the Disability Peer Support and Connections Program be successful, participating organisations will become apart of one of Australia's most ambitious and scalable access and inclusion initiatives ever delivered - Fully Funded.

💙 Why does access information matter?

Because informed decisions create confident visitors.

Imagine planning a visit to a new venue without knowing:
❓ Where to park
❓ Whether there are accessible bathrooms
❓ If there are stairs, ramps or lifts
❓ What the sensory environment is like
❓ How far you may need to walk

For many people with disability, parents, carers and support workers, this information can be the difference between deciding to visit a venue or staying home.

Access information helps people make informed decisions based on their own needs, preferences and circumstances.

That is why Cérge works with venues across Australia and beyond to provide tools such as Visual Stories & Sensory Guides, Access Guides, 360° Virtual Tours and Audio Guides.

Because confidence starts before arrival.
