Heavy machinery is one of the biggest investments on any worksite, yet many businesses still rely on manual processes to keep track of where equipment is, how it's being used, and when it needs servicing.

Telematics changes that.

With real-time visibility across your machinery, you can:

- Know exactly where your equipment is on-site or across multiple locations.
- Track engine hours to schedule maintenance before costly breakdowns occur.
- Reduce unnecessary downtime by locating assets quickly.
- Gain better insight into equipment utilisation and identify underused assets.

The result is greater control, improved productivity, and the confidence that your machinery is working as hard as your team.

Because in construction, every hour of downtime has a cost, and every hour saved helps keep your business moving.

The most expensive vehicle in your fleet might not be the one that travels the furthest.

In fact, it could be the one that's barely being used.

Every vehicle comes with ongoing costs - registration, insurance, servicing, depreciation - whether it's on the road or sitting in the yard.

If an asset is underutilised, those costs continue to add up while productivity doesn't.

Some questions to ask yourself about your fleet (other than just tracking them) are:

- Are some vehicles overloaded while others sit idle?
- Could jobs be distributed more efficiently?
- Is every asset delivering value to the business?

Do you know the vehicle in your fleet that is the most (and least) utilised?

How does temperature monitoring work?

Fleetware's temperature monitoring solution uses Bluetooth or hardwired temperature and humidity sensors, securely installed inside refrigerated vehicles or trailers.

These sensors continuously collect data and send it to the telematics device, which then uploads it to our Trackd platform for real-time monitoring, alerts, and reporting.

Our Bluetooth sensors have an operating range of up to 300 metres in open areas, and typically achieve a minimum range of 50 metres within enclosed environments such as refrigerated trailers.

Maintaining the correct temperature throughout transit is essential for protecting perishable goods, meeting cold chain compliance requirements, and reducing the risk of product spoilage, customer complaints, or costly losses.

With Fleetware, you can monitor your cargo with confidence every step of the journey.

Harvest doesn't wait. Neither should maintenance.

In agriculture, timing is everything.

When the season is in full swing, every hour counts. An unexpected breakdown isn't just an inconvenience - it can mean lost productivity, costly delays, and missed opportunities when conditions are right.

That's why the most efficient farming operations take a proactive approach.

Knowing when machinery is due for maintenance, monitoring engine hours, tracking equipment across large properties, and identifying potential issues early can help keep operations moving when it matters most.

Because in farming, it's not just about keeping machinery running.

It's about keeping the season on track.

How does your business stay ahead of maintenance during your busiest periods?

Imagine trying to manage your fleet without real-time visibility.

One vehicle is running behind schedule.

Another is due back, but there's no sign of it.

A customer wants an ETA, and you have to call around to find out.

Instead of making decisions, your team is making phone calls.

That's where GPS tracking and telematics make all the difference.

With real-time visibility across your fleet, you can:

✔️ Know where your vehicles and assets are at any time
✔️ Receive alerts for unauthorised movement or geofence breaches
✔️ Review location history and vehicle activity
✔️ Spend less time chasing information and more time running your business

If you're looking for a smarter way to manage your fleet, get in touch. We'd love to show you what's possible.

How is route optimisation any different from other navigation software and applications?

Most standard navigation software creates a single route from A to B, and while you may be able to add additional stops on the route, the software will only take you to each stop in the order that you set.

Our add-on Logistics module will take into account a number of varying factors such as traffic, the time a job needs to be completed by, and the driver’s work hours to calculate the most efficient routes to complete the most deliveries in a day.

Deliveries can also be pre-planned in bulk ahead of time, so there is no need for the driver to continuously input their destination.

They simply open the driver’s app, select the first job and set off.
