That slow old laptop your employee is putting up with could be costing you more than replacing it.
A computer doesn't have to be broken to cost your business money.
A slow start-up. Waiting for files to open. A frozen Teams call. A program that takes forever to load.
A few minutes here and there doesn't sound like much.
But repeat it every day, across your team, and it adds up.
There's also security to consider. Older devices may eventually reach a point where they can no longer run supported software or receive the updates they need.
You don't need to replace everything at once.
Ask your team which computers slow them down the most. They'll probably know straight away.
Then prioritise those devices for review or replacement.
