We are always positive and hate negative complaining online but this deserve a post. No pride in work anymore ?

We strive to give our clients the best service just to be tripped up by shoddy work done by others.

Found the pit where the outage and current hold-up is and what a mess the NBN contractors made of the comms pit next to the road at Lark Hill. That green fibre is the main NBN fibre supplying the area!! Unfortunately our fibre have to share the same communication pit...

No wonder our upstream provider can't fix it quickly... what a disgrace!

Repairs still😡 ongoing and hopefully done soon.

We are working on restoring the internet as both the main line and the backup line have lost connection to our upstream providers.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience… hope to have our service il and running again soon.

Just a heads up that there is currently a major TPG / iiNET outage in Australia, we are up and running and only lost a backup line for 2mins.
That said you might find that some upstream services might be out as the widespread outage even affect websites over east… like the TPG and iinet websites …

Hi all… I just found a lost dog by the dogbeach !!! Got him safe and Kelpie Obi Wan is ok with him so Im taking him with me… anyone know who’s dog this is ? I will hate to call the ranger :(
