A STATEMENT REGARDING SIMPLY SNIDE 🤍
It has recently been brought to my attention that an anonymous post has been made in a few local Facebook groups containing allegations about my business, Simply Snide.
I would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight.
Simply Snide has not accepted any orders since January 2026, as clearly stated in my business page bio.
At no point have I ever accepted deposits for orders. All orders placed with Simply Snide were paid for in full.
I have also not received any messages regarding an outstanding order or an unresolved issue. The only customer enquiry received in August was for an in-house family order.
I have put a great deal of time, effort and love into creating Simply Snide, and it is incredibly disheartening to see my business publicly accused of something that I have no knowledge of.
I have always been more than willing to communicate with my customers and address any genuine concerns.
If the anonymous poster believes they have placed an order with Simply Snide, I encourage them to contact me directly with their order details and proof of payment so that I can investigate their concerns.
I kindly ask that people consider the impact of sharing unverified allegations, particularly when they involve a small local business and someone’s reputation.
To everyone who has supported Simply Snide, whether through purchasing, sharing my work or simply following along, thank you. Your support has always meant so much to me.
