Alongside my trade background, I bring over 12 years of professional experience in Human Resources and Consulting, working across recruitment, employee relations, organisational development, learning and development, workforce planning, and compliance. I’ve held senior roles across the Mining, Oil & Gas, and Not-for-Profit sectors, supporting both frontline operations and leadership teams in complex, fast-moving environments. What that means for my clients is this: I understand how businesses really operate from the pressure of day-to-day work through to the systems and processes that support growth behind the scenes. Today, through AI Elevate Australia, I combine those two worlds.
