So these little babies, not that long ago, were knocking on death's door. 😢

I found going to the effort of filling up the watering can a billion times to water them all too hard.

My husband recently fitted me a retractable hose, that spans the whole length of my patio and means I can water my plants fast and efficiently, and looky here, i'm doing it and they are thriving. 🌿

It got me thinking about how my business could thrive more if I had better systems, and more automation in place.

You've probably already spent a bit of time thinking about what your business goals are for 2022, planning out your next product launch or service offering? But have you thought about your brand strategy for 2022?

A brand strategy defines what you stand for, your mission, what your business personality is, who you serve and how you are positioned in the marketplace.

I don't just design logos, I've given that away because it just doesn't work.

I offer brand audits, brand clarity workshops and all my packages now include strategy work.

Oh Hey! Michelle here, Brand and Website Designer and the face behind Lilt Design.

I'm not one to make New Year Resolutions but I have thought about what I want my key focus areas to be for 2022.

Thought I'd share them here:

✨ Financial organisation - get rid of all those pesky subscriptions and get a better understanding of my monthly incomings and outgoings.

✨ Productivity - I did a lot of work in 2021, trying to utilise my time better and I plan to smash it even harder in 2022.

✨ Balance - factor into my weekly schedule more time for exercise and relaxation.

Be consistently on-brand with this Canva tip.

This tip was a winner in my recent Canva workshop, hopefully it will help you too.

If you find an image that is totally on-brand, click on the 3 little dots in the top corner of the image and click on the photographer, this will bring up all the images taken by that same photographer. Usually, the images have a similar vibe and aesthetic and will give you a collection of images to use in your social media.

I am really excited to be attending this event tomorrow evening.

I am really proud to be a member of the Mundaring Chamber Of Commerce, it is great to feel a sense of belonging in my local business community, it can be hard to feel like you belong when you are a solopreneur, working from home.

Feeling all happy and warm that summer is on the way, could this be the colour of summer?
