I’ve been going through many changes and have had some new additions to my life 🤗

I manifested some great things into my life💓 it’s still taking shape and my biz has been put onto the back burner for now as I’m in that unknown phase... 🤔🤨

It has been frustrating but I’ve surrendered and am enjoying life. Yet still being aware of those intuitive nudges from the Universe and taking action.
✨💫

So, in times of uncertainty just breathe deeply, let go, surrender and trust. Because what’s for you won’t go by you.

And I don’t just mean ‘physical’ adventures. A change in perception is an adventure to a new way of seeing your life, and what an exciting adventure that would be!

Adventure for me, is about following my heart. It may seem going against what people tell you should do and trusting your inner compass to guide you to what is right for you. It’s a guarantee that is the right direction for you. But stepping fully into trusting that is no easy feat. Your ego mind loves telling you the opposite!
Remember this is your life. You want to look back at your life & say, ‘I did...’ instead of, ‘I wish...’.

We don’t shout at a baby for falling down after it takes it first steps. So don’t be hard on yourself when ‘you’ think you have failed. Your mind is ‘jailing’ you into thinking you have mightily failed.
Instead of focusing on the set-backs, focus on solutions. In the LifeLine Technique, problems are looked at as portals. Portals to your next greatest self.
Remember positive changes will make occur if you keep taking action.

Ahhhh…yes, can you be still? Just to sit. Be. In silence. To hear those embarrassing thoughts that go on in your head? Uncomfortable it maybe but it has knowledge for you that will take you to your inner peace. It’s that in-between stage that feels the worse. But I guarantee you, once out of the darkness there is lightness, there is clarity, there is peace… 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I have done this many a times and I can guarantee you that it will happen to me many times more in this life time. No matter how much (inner work) I have done on myself, I still go through the normal stuff that everyone else goes through. ✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼✌🏼
