Vodafone Partner Store is currently seeking full-time Store Managers and Sales Consultants with Telco experience for their South of River location.

Requirements:
- Must have Telco experience
- Australian or New Zealand residents or full-time availability only

We have multiple opportunities for retail management professionals to join and lead our high-performing sales teams.

As a Select Store Associate, your key responsibility is to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by maintaining an exceptional level of customer satisfaction in a professional sales environment with a positive atmosphere.

Key tasks include:
- Maximizing sales opportunities through exceptional customer service
- Meeting store and individual targets regularly
- Providing support for administrative processes, including daily banking and POS
- Availability over a 7-day working roster, including Thursday nights and weekends
- Ensuring adherence to presentation and grooming standards as outlined in the uniform policy
- Familiarity with the complete product range in store, including the features and benefits of all products and plans
- Compliance with agreed rosters and start/finish times, including meal and rest breaks
- Managing store processes and policies to minimize fraudulent activity and theft
- Maintenance of internal and external security procedures in compliance with policy
