After over 20 years in operation, Telstra will tonight begin to start switching off their 2G network. It is expected that this process will begin at midnight tonight, with completion expected by 6am AEST tomorrow morning (December 1st). Should you find that any of your devices or sim cards are not working when you wake tomorrow, this is likely the reason.
