This gaming PC was brought in with a no boot issue, leaving the customer unable to use their system at all.

After diagnosing the hardware issue, it was discovered Windows had also become corrupted, preventing the PC from loading properly even after the no boot fault was resolved. While it was apart, the internal wiring was also tidied up to improve airflow and overall presentation.

What we did:
✅ Diagnosed and resolved no boot issue
✅ Installed fresh copy of Windows
✅ Installed latest drivers and updates
✅ Tidied internal cable management
✅ Tested system stability and performance
✅ Ready for gaming again

This iPad 9th Gen came in after a disappointing experience with another local repair shop. The customer had been overcharged, the wrong colour digitiser had been fitted, and the home button had been installed incorrectly, causing it to fall back into the frame and damage the LCD screen.

After a full inspection, we were able to put everything right and save the original home button, keeping Touch ID working as intended.

What we did:
✅ Replaced damaged LCD screen
✅ Replaced digitiser with the correct colour
✅ Repaired and retained original home button
✅ Preserved Touch ID / fingerprint scanner functionality
✅ Fitted free glass screen protector
✅ Tested full functionality
