📱 Haven’t Seen One of These on the Bench for a While!

This iPhone 8 Plus came in with a badly cracked screen — and while it might be an older model these days, it was still doing everything the customer needed it to do.

For this repair we went with a refurbished original Apple display rather than a standard aftermarket screen. With parts for these older models becoming much more affordable, refurbished originals can offer excellent value while retaining the quality and feel of the original display.

🎮 Yes, We Work on Game Consoles Too!

These two Nintendo Switches came in together after sitting unused for around a month. When the customer went to use them again, neither would power on or show any signs of life.

After some troubleshooting and testing, we were able to get to the bottom of both issues and get them back up and running again.

When your iPhone drops below 80% battery health, you’ll definitely start noticing it 🔋

This iPhone 14 Pro Max had dropped below 80% battery health, so it was time for a fresh battery.

Another S23+ given a new lease on life 📱

This one came in with a few issues that had built up over time — charging had become intermittent, the earpiece was very quiet during calls, and the bottom loudspeaker had started sounding crackly.

Rather than putting up with three separate problems, we were able to sort the lot in one repair.

What we did:

📱 This Galaxy S20 FE looked pretty rough when it came in, but it wasn’t ready for retirement just yet. 🔧

The screen on this S20 FE was absolutely smashed, with sections of glass missing and the display separating from the phone.

Despite the damage, the rest of the device was still in good condition, making a screen replacement well worth doing rather than replacing the entire phone.
