NetGuru is an industry leader in IT Support and sales, with a reputation based on excellence in sales and after-sales service.
We are currently seeking 2X Full-Time Sales Assistant’s at our store in Mackay, QLD.
Key responsibilities for these roles include:
First point of contact with customers in a retail setting.
Cash handling and processing payments in a point of sale environment / shopping mall.
Advising customers on IT related products and services and closing sales.
General sales enquiries
Weekly cyclic stock takes.
We are looking for people who:
Have previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
Have the ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment whilst maintaining a high level of customer service is a must
Ability to communicate with people on all levels
Able to work in a team environment
Previous experience in computers / IT will be highly regarded, however is not essential
The successful applicants will maintain a friendly and efficient manner with a professional approach to customer service
An interest in technology would be an advantage
Work hours
-Full flexibility required, including weekends and Thursday evenings
